The Wild North route will lead your crew to the elevated vistas, rushing river banks and rugged landscapes that offer the access to the true beauty of the Northern Muskoka and beyond, alongside dips into the contrasting bustle and polish of the town life that thrives in the midst of this wild region.

This trip has taken most of our travellers about 5 hours to complete, though everyone explores at a different pace, so your experience may vary.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • This route is kid & dog friendly, though dogs must be leashed and are only permitted on the grass - not the sand - if you’re visiting Muskoka beaches. Leashes are optional for kids :)

Love that the routes were provided and easy to use either on paper or on a device. I recommend having both, our vehicle's GPS didn't always match up with and having the paper directions helped us navigate some of the back roads. Can't wait to try another one!
